Group Therapy

In group therapy, Bob facilitates bringing your strengths and concerns into the here and now, to be explored interpersonally within the group. For example, if an existential theme of “I am too shy” is a concern for you, Bob facilitates having you and the group explore how the shyness impacts everyone, what goes on within you and within the other group members that supports your shyness, and how the group can support you to be more assertive.

The aim is for you to feel accepted for who you are as well as to be encouraged to take more risks within the safety of the group format. You can then translate how you have changed in the group into your daily life. This allows you to have more authentic relationships with others, and to experience yourself in ways that are more choiceful and more satisfying.
